Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know right away and we will help you.

Merchandise is accepted for exchange or refund if return in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the return/exchange slip.

Once ALWAYS FEBRUARY receives your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. ALWAYS FEBRUARY reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, untagged or damaged in any way.
